Wow, I created a monster! ALL DAY LONG Jalon bugged me about when we were going running again! By this afternoon I couldn't take it anymore so again we hit the pavement. Surprise, surprise, Jalon ran a whole mile without stopping, pretty fast too I might add. I guess I've got a little runner on my hands!
